Rod in Mitcham decided that the old shed and the unsafe bluestone front wall weren’t going to last much longer and had plans to build a new shed in its place. My son Riley and I spent the morning carefully removing the structures, including another small shed behind the larger one. Rod wanted to ensure there was as little damage to the slab as possible, since he planned to build the new shed directly on top of it.

The hardwood timber was recycledand ended up as mulch. The steel was taken to AA Recyclers for processing, and the bluestone was gifted to a young couple in Upwey who are landscaping the entrance of their new home.
